A question about a charge

Support for Place & Maker shows on your statement as PLACE & MAKER. If something looks wrong, or you gave by mistake, write to hello@placeandmaker.com with the date and amount, and we’ll sort it out.

Changing or stopping a monthly gift

Use your support settings to change your card or stop your monthly support. Enter the email you gave with, and Stripe sends you a link to sign in. Stopping takes effect at the end of the month you’ve already given for. Nothing else is needed from you.

Receipts

Stripe emails a receipt for every gift. Support isn’t a tax-deductible donation, so the receipt is for your records only.

Your information

We never see or keep your card details. Our privacy page explains what we keep and how to have it removed.
